### Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
### Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues
- Perform night audit duties as required, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
### Qualifications:
- Previous experience hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
