Computer software company is seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide phone support to users in the health care profession.
Insurance billing background is preferred.
Service Reps' daily activities include answering phone calls from customers and assisting customers in resolving issues related to: software setup; training customers on the use of the EZBIS Office program (patient data entry, patient and insurance billing, statistical reporting, etc.
); setting up printers within EZBIS Office; troubleshooting insurance claim rejections; placing orders for address changes and software updates for customers.
Depending on experience and skill level, some reps may be asked to take on a leadership role and manage a 2-3 employees with projects regarding specific areas of the program.
New hires receive in house training on the EZBIS Office program and all other computer programs and systems needed to perform the daily tasks, including Goldmine contact manager, Tele-Support Helpdesk, and online support and training tools.
