Responsibilities:

Manage incoming inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, providing accurate information or directing to the appropriate staff member.

Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area.
Schedule appointments and update calendars for staff.
Assist in maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with therapists, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate schedules and share pertinent information.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Work collaboratively with other staff to troubleshoot and problem-solve logistical challenges.
Attention to Detail:
Maintain accuracy in scheduling and documentation to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
Multitasking:
Juggle multiple tasks, such as handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting clients simultaneously.
Critical Thinking:
Assess situations quickly and make decisions that align with facility policies and procedures.
Adaptability:
Be flexible in handling unexpected situations and adapting to changing schedules or priorities.
Empathy and Interpersonal Skills:
Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence when interacting with clients and their families, understanding their needs and concerns.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related fields is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in basic office software and comfortable learning new systems.
