*Duties and Responsibilities*
· Process varied volume of incoming calls per shift in an expedient and efficient manner (you will never be bored)
· Use prescribed wording customized for each client (We have great scripts that meet our customers’ needs and are user friendly for our staff)
· Actively listen to and engage with callers.
(You must be a great listener.
We offer a class on listening that will help you at work and at home.
)
· Maintain communication with callers while typing the information they provide (must be an excellent typist and able to multi-task)
· Handle all calls professionally, courteously, and with integrity (calls are listened to internally and by our customers)
· Maintain confidentiality at all times!
· Provide customers with accurate and complete information.
· Ability to work morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts (we are 24/7/365)
· Ability to physically report to call center headquarters in Carencro, LA
*Qualifications:*
1.
Professional speech and grammar
2.
Ability to communicate effectively.
3.
Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
4.
(Not required) Increased pay rate for Spanish bilingual capabilities.
*Job Requirements:*
1.
Must be able to type at least 50 wpm with 95% accuracy.
2.
Availability to work varied day, evening and weekend shifts.
3.
Report in to work at the call center located in Carencro, LA (Not a remote position)
