Description
Our hotel is seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, friendly, and have excellent communication skills.
As a Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Your duties will involve assisting guests with check-in and check-out, making reservations, responding to inquiries, and providing a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities
Greet guests and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures in a friendly and professional manner
Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and special promotions
Assist guests with making reservations and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay
Handle guest complaints and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

Requirements
Education
HS Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
Salary Description
Range $11.
