We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our team.
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing prompt and efficient assistance with their inquiries and concerns.
With your excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities, you will ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and emails, resolving customer issues and complaints, and providing information and guidance on our products and services.
You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and escalations.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer support by handling inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate internal teams for timely resolution
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our products and services
Collaborate closely with other departments to address customer inquiries and escalations
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in using customer support software and systems
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
