SCHEDULE
You normally work Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
YOUR DAY
As an entry-level Call Center Representative, you handle our phone lines and help ensure every customer has a positive experience with us.
You maintain a cheerful attitude as you answer incoming phone calls, redirect them to the appropriate department, and respond to our customers' questions.
Attentively, you inform our customers about our products and place orders when appropriate.
You also help appease unhappy customers and figure out what we can do to solve the issue.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
While not required, experience in a customer service or call center position would be preferred.
