Customer Service Representative

Analytic has established a Farmer Support Center in Opelousas, LA to support farmers who are applying for assistance via USDA's farm loan discrimination program.
This position will require in person support Monday through Saturday .
This is not a permanent position.
Hours may include a full day on Saturday.
Specific service include: * Explaining the USDA farm loan assistance program to farmer applicants * Helping farmers complete their applications * Helping farmers with basic computer questions * Responding to telephone calls and emails regarding the program or answering specific questions * Performing data entry from handwritten applications into the system * Other duties assigned Junior positions require the following: * Agriculture experience is desirable * Experience with lending or reviewing complex paperwork is desirable * Bilingual abilities, where indicated * Strong communications and computer skills Analytic is an equal opportunity employer.
