Part Time; The Fitness Specialist will provide the highest possible service to Bayou Bend Health System Fitness Center (BBHSFC) members and guests in a friendly and professional manner via assistance with equipment usage.

Requirements:
The ideal Fitness Specialist candidate must possess:
Bachelor of science in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field preferred
Minimum of one nationally recognized certification (ACE, ACSM, NASM, NSCA, etc.
) preferred.
Minimum of two years of personal training experience or approved internship preferred.
CPR.
First Aid, and AED certification
Ability to regularly lift 5 lbs, frequently 50 lbs.
, and occasionally 100 lbs.

Ability to demonstrate strength training machines, free weights exercises, flexibility techniques, and cardiovascular machines.
