We are seeking Clinical Manager to join our team at our program in Broussard, LA.

Position Details
This position will be responsible for overseeing the PASRR program, as well as Bayou Health Assessments completed for ACT/FACT programs throughout the state of Louisiana.
The Clinical Manager will supervise clinical assessors and coordinators to ensure that all assessments are scheduled, completed, and tracked, as well as submitted to the appropriate Managed Care Company within the contracted time frame.
The Clinical Manager will review all assessments prior to submittal to ensure accuracy.
The Clinical Manager will train new assessors on all assessments they will be responsible for completing.
The Clinical Manager will maintain relationships with stakeholders/hospitals to ensure adherence to contract and best practice.
The Clinical Manager will meet with hospital staff to promote and develop positive relationships.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Master's degree in human service field.
LPC/LCSW and minimum 1-year supervisory experience required.
Valid LA driver's license and appropriate state clearances required.
Knowledge of PASRR and Bayou Health Assessment preferred.
