*Quality Assurance*
* Follow procedures as assigned.
* Participate in audits (internal and external) in areas related to job functions.
* Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to obtain the necessary signoffs on production related activities.
* Support scanning and recordkeeping of production related activities as needed.

*Operations / Production*
* Ability to maintain and operate injection molding machines.
* Troubleshoot tooling and manufacturability issues related to injection molding and other processes.
* Train production personnel on role responsibilities, customer work instructions, and other applicable Quality Management System documents.
* Assist in the creation, modification, and initiation of part-specific robot programs.
Save customizations to all robot programs.
* Ensure goods are appropriately boxed, labeled, and placed in the appropriate designated areas.
* § Follow good documentation practices in completion of departmental paperwork, including but not limited to: work orders, logs, process sheets, repair requests, and material returns.
* Utilize handheld scanners to input work order information.
* Completion of production related reports (e.
g.
downtime report).
*Materials Management*
* Check production materials for availability, proper location, drying, proper labeling, etc.
* Ensure the appropriate storage, transfer, and labeling of materials in production areas.
* Support in the segregation and disposition of nonconforming material, including scrap reconciliation.
*Education and Experience*
* Bachelor’s Degree in job related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
* Effective communications skills, including technical writing, professionalism, and responsiveness.
* Experience in a medical device or related field preferred.

Pay: $50,000.
