Dietary Production Manager

The Production Manager works under the direct supervision of the Director of Food and Nutrition Services, performing duties required for meal production and service, including inventory control, food ordering, receiving, storage and preparation.
Duties also include scheduling staff to cover all shifts, and filling positions as needed.
The Production Manager assures that staff prepare and distribute meals that comply with the approved menu, are appetizing and nutritious, and served under sanitary conditions.
The Production Manager shall have a high school diploma or equivalent.
