*Executive Director, Lafayette Public Trust Financing Authority (LPTFA)*
The Lafayette Public Trust Financing Authority (LPTFA) invites applications for the position of Executive Director.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated leader to contribute significantly to the growth and prosperity of the City of Lafayette.
The LPTFA, renowned for its diverse finance-related programs and community involvement, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and providing economic value to its citizens by investing in projects, programs, and partnerships that address the community's most pressing needs.
*Key Responsibilities:* The Executive Director is the chief executive officer of the LPTFA, reporting directly to the Board of Trustees.
The role includes:
*Strategic Leadership:* Overseeing planning, directing, managing, and overseeing all LPTFA activities.
*Financial Stewardship:* Prudent management of resources, diversification of revenue sources, and growing the trust's assets.
*Community Engagement:* Developing public programming, advocating for beneficial public policies, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
*Board Governance:* Facilitating board operations, increasing trustee engagement, and developing effective metrics for performance assessment.
*Property and Campus Management:* Overseeing real estate assets and maintaining relationships with third-party agencies.
*External Relations: *Serving as the primary liaison with various community organizations and managing all communications efforts.
*Qualifications:*
A minimum of 3-5 years of significant work history in planning, public administration, economics, finance, law, or related fields.
Proven experience in policy making, strategic planning, land development, public engagement, and project management.
Exceptional communication skills, a strong finance background, and a history of leading forward-thinking teams.
A passion for public service and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and achievements.
