*PECI* *CFO Job Description*
We are looking for an experienced *Chief Financial Officer (CFO)* to perform the necessary functions to process, review, analyze and assess our organization’s financial strategy.
*Summary:* As a construction CFO, your job is to oversee the budget and financial strategies.
Identify allocation of funds for projects, forecast future revenue needs, analyze expected revenue streams, and help maximize cash flow.
Review monthly statements, establish policies to help ensure the accuracy of reports, and oversee tax planning and strategies.
Negotiate with lenders and other sources of funds, manage accounting department.

* Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
* Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.
g.
SAP)
* Ability to strategize and solve problems
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and people skills
* An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or relevant field
* MBA preferred
* CPA required.
* 6 years’ experience as a CFO in construction related field
*Responsibilities*
* Oversee, analyze and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
* Perform risk management analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
* Oversee financial matters including budgeting, taxation, cash flow and accounting with recommendations
* Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
* Review expenditure processes
* Supervise finance personnel (controllers, Bookkeepers, AP, Payroll, etc.
)
* Manage vendor relationships
* Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
* Engage in and oversee the company’s finance IT system
* Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
* Collaborate with Tax company for timely submissions
* Serve as key contact for external auditors
