Job Description:
The Office Manager is responsible for teaching, coaching, and motivates a team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
The Office Manager is organized, attentive, and provides oversight of branch operations, supervision of employees and performance of all operational duties.
Expectations:
Accountable for achieving an overall exceptional customer experience in the branch.
Ensures team members fully complete required training prior to servicing customers.
Leads the operational standards of the branch, including but not limited to cash handling, control of negotiable items, preventing fraud, managing controllable expenses, promoting integrity, customer privacy and employee safety.
Leads by example and coaches team members to focus on customer experience, by having needs-based conversations and offering financial solutions to meet our customers’ needs.
Partners with Branch Leadership to achieve both branch and individual performance metrics.
Responsible for making sound decisions and timely problem resolution.
Proactively reaches out to customers to deepen relationships through needs-based conversations.
Assumes Relationship Manager responsibilities when warranted.
Assists Relationship Manager with effective scheduling and managing vacation time, etc.
Recruits, interviews, trains, orients, and evaluates employees in accordance with HR guidelines.
Any additional duties deemed necessary by M C Bank.
Continuously demonstrates strong adherence to Company policies and procedures, as well as company values.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years related experience required.
Supervisor or leadership experience required.
Competencies:
Demonstrate exceptional internal and external customer service skills.
Must have ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations exercising flexibility, critical thinking skills, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills in Sales and Operational Management.
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to use computer programs such as Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.
Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrate discretion in all confidential matters.
Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and written.
Ability to interact diplomatically with a variety of individuals at various organizational levels.
Must be detail oriented and well organized.
Must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently.
Must be able to complete all assignments with minimal supervision.
