LOOKING FOR AN AREA MANAGER IN THE LAFAYETTE/LAKE CHARLES, LA AREA.
A LOUISIANA licensed Cosmetologist is preferred, but not required.
Must have 5+ years manager experience in the beauty industry.
Must be willing to travel.
Must be skilled in communication skills, leadership skills, scheduling, resolving conflicts, payroll, and training abilities.
Oversee 6/7 stores and 50+ employees.
Operational Leadership: Growing service and product sales year over year
Recruiting and training stylists/salon managers
Managing P&Ls with heavy focus on scheduling for labor budget and controlling inventory with product ordering
Team building for each salon Community involvement
Marketing: social media outlets and local store marketing execution
