*Position Highlights:* We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Operations Manager to oversee the administrative and operational functions of our firm.
As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing office needs, facilitating new business processes, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.
This position offers the opportunity to lead a team, coordinate with external partners, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
*Job Responsibilities:* * Lead and supervise administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations, including file management, paperwork preparation, report generation, and client communication.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes, continuously improving the client experience.
* Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and company protocols, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
* Collaborate with agents to facilitate appointment preparation, new business application processing, and client management system utilization.
* Monitor and track new business activities, ensuring proper follow-up with clients and carriers to facilitate smooth transactions.
* Manage service requests for existing clients, coordinating delivery of policies and addressing client inquiries promptly.
*Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:* * Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the financial services industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards common goals.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with client management systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
