Job Description Assist Project Management with final Mechanical Integrity reporting review in accordance to client and NVI practices.
Assist Office Manager with the Data Management staff in preparing reports under Project Management directives.
Assist the data entry and AutoCAD staff in preparing reports under Project Management directives.
As an API-570/510/653/STI Inspector, review and sign off on reports, and assign Recommendations for mitigation efforts if warranted.
Fluent with internal and external inspections on equipment at scheduled intervals to maintain the mechanical integrity of such equipment in accordance to API code standards for Field Inspection activities.
Ability to perform damage assessment, and develop repair plan in accordance to API code standards and/or ASME PCC-2 recommendations.
Able to check and perform calculations relative to in-service deterioration, repairs, rerates, or alterations, such as those in the following, but not limited to: Corrosion rates.
Weld joint quality and casting quality factors.
Joint efficiencies.
Static head pressure.
Internal pressure/minimum thickness.
External pressure.
Impact testing; and, Nozzle reinforcement.
Ability to assist in scheduling of activities related to inspection.
Adequately complete proper Company and client required documentation.
Knowledgeable of non-destructive examination methods including: Radiographic Examination.
Liquid Penetrant Examination.
Magnetic Particle Examination.
Visual Examination; and, Ultrasonic Thickness measurements.
Able to meet a critical work schedule focused within the oil & gas upstream, downstream and midstream industries under Project Management directives.
Ability to work closely with Owner/User or Client personnel and perform inspection services as directed by Project Management.
Maintain current Non-Destructive Examination Certifications.
Any other inspection activities deemed necessary by NVI Management.
Required: API 510, 570, 653 valid certifications.

Familiar with ASME, API, AWS welding codes.
Valid U.
S.
drivers license and able to pass an MVR evaluation.
Valid TWIC TSA background identification card.
Able to pass Fit for Duty Testing and Drug/Alcohol policies/procedures.
List of projects and references from projects managed in a similar role; and, Knowledgeable of OSHAs General and Construction safety industry safe practices.
Preferred: Advanced educational certifications and/or degrees; and, Current API certifications in 571, 577 and 580.
