Subway Manager

Manage staff; planning and evaluating daily/shift tasks.
Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment for employees and customers.
The Assistant Manager performs and directs overall restaurant management.
Directs staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Maintains standards of restaurant safety and security.
Recruits staff and oversees training programs.
* Other duties include recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff * managing budgets * maintaining statistical and financial records * dealing with customer queries and complaints * overseeing pricing and stock control * maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so * ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation * Building a empkoyee backup up system and take full responsibility where and when help needed.
