Responsibilities: - Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to the organization - Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning - Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls - Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements - Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making at the executive level - Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies - Monitor and report on key financial metrics to stakeholders - Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance and operational efficiency - Lead and develop a high-performing finance team Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred - Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams - Expertise in financial report interpretation and analysis - Demonstrated success in expense management and cost control initiatives - Knowledge of public accounting principles and practices - Experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning - Proficiency in risk analysis and mitigation strategies - Familiarity with tax accounting regulations and compliance requirements - Understanding of profit loss statements and balance sheet analysis - Knowledge of governmental accounting standards is a plus - Experience managing payroll processes is preferred This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join our organization as the Chief Financial Officer.
