Restaurant General Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow - Manage and train all kitchen, servers, and bartenders, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales - Coordinate and implement all catering events Skills: - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in bartending, cooking, and food service management - Knowledge of inventory control practices to minimize waste and maximize profitability - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality - Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment - Experience using restaurant management software and excel is a plus If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for the restaurant industry, we would love to hear from you.
