```Duties```
* - Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations
* -Assist Director in recruiting staff and incoming referrals
* -Provide guidance and support to staff
* - Develop and implement training programs for new employees
* - Assist human resources with tasks such as hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
* - Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
* - Coordinate office events and meetings
* - Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
* - Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
* - Ensure effective communication within the office
* -Serve as site Health and Safety officer by overseeing drills, poster displays, etc.
* -Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
* -Mail newsletters, promotional material, and other information as required
* -Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material
* -Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
* -Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
* Anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
* -Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures.
```Experience```
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service principles
