Service Manager

We are searching for a Marine Service Manager to become a part of our growing operations.
*Qualifications:* * Marine Mechanic experience with outboard motors is a MUST.
(Honda, Yamaha, Mercury, Etc.
) * Open minded, positive, flexible and show professionalism are key attributes.
* Reliable transportation is a must.
*Responsibilites:* * Communicate with technicians.
* Write up, give estimates, and total ALL service tickets.
* Communicate with customers about repairs.
* Build relationships with new customers.
* Maintain and build upon existing customer relationships.
* Understand the full range of our dealerships’ products and services.
* Supply product information, estimates, and invoice total charges to customers.
* Engage with customers directly to recommend items or services they may need.
* Ability to process payment transactions for service.
* Available Mon-Fri 8-5 and some Saturdays.
