We are hiring for the position of Manager – Critical Infrastructure & Operations Technology (CI/OT) Service Delivery located in our Krotz Springs, Louisiana corporate office.
This role leads the Operations Technology Integration team, oversees configuration, implementation, maintenance, and upgrades for functional/business areas.
Analyses user requirements to determine system configuration and customization.
Applies in-depth knowledge of off-the-shelf applications to efficiently customize modules that maintain full compatibility with vendor guidelines.
Provides ongoing system support.
Leads the effort to define requirements and select software vendors.
Manages Budgets, vendor relationships, and maintenance contracts.

Role & Responsibilities:
Oversees the development, implementation, and support of IT/OT systems working closely with Delek personnel.
Ability to exercise overall day-to-day control of projects and production systems, functional and technical resources.
Responsible for the maintenance, governance, and support business and operations technology applications.
Balancing the needs for projects and supporting production systems with the skills and capabilities of the team.
Manages day to day activities and deliverables of the Team.
Formulates individualized performance goals for direct reports.
Provide onsite leadership during operational incidents.
Provide operational and tactical process leadership to meet overall targets and goals, such as improving efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing quality, and ensuring compliance.
Managing IT staff by recruiting and training employees, communication job expectations, and monitoring performance and empowering team members to solve problems and maintain positive energy throughout the team.
Generates reporting of performance metrics, tracking progress, identifies issues and impacts on timelines.
Manage and participate in turnaround activities.
Includes allocating and directing technology resources to sufficiently plan and support.
Excels at communication, developing reports, and presenting information to the IT team and C-Levels.
Monitor and troubleshoot the IT and OT network, hardware, software, and applications, resolving issues and escalating them as needed.
Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion, coordinates work activities with others.
Implements existing policies, and typically does not perform the work being supervised.
Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
5 years of related experience
0-1 years of supervisory / lead experience
Oil & Gas industry experience.
Knowledge of VMWare, Cisco, Microsoft products, and familiarity with IACS (Honeywell, DeltaV, Schneider, Yokogawa, etc) a plus.
