Overall Purpose of the Job Communicate state of the rental equipment fleet to key stakeholders to support decision making around assignment of existing rental equipment fleet as well as decisions regarding expansion of fleet.
Responsible for gathering, reviewing, and translating data in our systems to information which aids in the forecasting of asset demand to allow better strategic deployment of company asset/ equipment fleet.
Responsible for ensuring standardised effective reports are produced and updated to trend management and performance metrics such as operational utilisation, reliability, performance and evidence of system accuracy.
Key Activities and Accountabilities Responsible for assisting in the development and continual improvement of our ERP and IT business systems especially in areas where system data and configuration could be improved to provide further benefit to the business.
Work with the sales teams and systems to identify data and information which can be translated into asset demand that can be shared across the organisation Review data available within the various systems which can be used and translated into information to continually challenge the maintenance regime to minimise costs without impacting reliability.
On a periodic basis complete a review of the department reports and KPI’s and identify areas to enhance the value each adds to the business.
Responsible for ensuring monthly department reports are produced and issued in a timely manner with all the required narrative as applicable Identify areas where asset utilisation can be improved with the purpose of increasing revenue or reducing OPEX and CAPEX spend Where applicable ensure processes, procedures and work instructions are uploaded to the IMS and updated as required.
Responsible for maintaining an effective well motivated team minimising staff turnover Set EDP objectives to fall in line with department objectives and personal development Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro’s reputation is minimised.
Provide leadership in all ethical issues; ensure employees are aware of Expro’s compliance requirements and feel able to report possible violations or conflicts of interest.
Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes & systems.
Take an active part in quality improvement processes.
Act on reported deficiencies and approve deviations from standard procedures as appropriate.
Ensure that employees adhere to and comply with all applicable Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and processes.
Provide leadership in HSE; encourage employees to take responsibility and be accountable for their own and others’ safety and provide an environment where they feel authorised to stop any unsafe job.
Ensure that all incidents and non-conformances are reported in line with the appropriate procedures and deadlines; ensure that all incidents are investigated and corrective actions raised as required; where appropriate, participates in incident investigations.
Job Knowledge and Qualifications Statistical analysis and related concepts Supervisory / Management Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Proficient in Microsoft Power BI preferred University/bachelor’s degree preferred Experience using SAP / Salesforce application preferred Why Expro?
