The Revenue Assurance Supervisor will work closely with the Director of PMO/RA/CM and has daily responsibilities in overseeing agreement/contract management, tickets, day rate activities, reconciliation, audits, preparation for billing and financial reporting cycling.
The Revenue Assurance Supervisor will manage the day to day supervision of the Revenue Assurance team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Oversees all contract/agreements in accordance with written customer agreements and industry standards Ticket flow and process from start through invoicing.
Functioning as the main "audit point" to determine any corrective actions Direct Revenue Assurance team with day to day assignments and projects Customer onboarding with regards to contract and billing.
Service Level Agreement performance tracking and reporting Assists with credit request, ticket management, and monthly recurring billing Accurately track cost transfers for invoicing purposes Monitors, reconciles, and works with vendor bills to assure charged correctly Liaison with Sales Consultants, Operations, Finance, Customers and Vendors to assure that invoices are correct and all potential revenue is accounted for in the invoice Develops and maintains a dispute management and escalation process for any billing disputes or related contract/agreement issues Oversees the process of dispute resolution when billing errors are identified and tracking the error to complete resolution with the specified time period Consistently analyze financial data and provide reports in an accurate and timely manner to improve the operational efficiency of the department as relating to the revenue onboarding, billing, and tracking process Assist in developing and implementing annual department budgets and related planning Ability to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels of the organization SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises recruitment, development, retention, and organization of all Revenue Assurance staff Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field and 5+ years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic MS Excel spreadsheet software, basic Customer Relationship Management,(Connectwise, preferred) Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel required Must demonstrate the ability to problem solve Capable of interacting at all levels of the organization both internally and externally Must demonstrate basic typing skills used to input data Knowledge of telecom billing system (IDI Costguard, preferred) Benefits • Competitive compensation • Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance • 401(K) • Company investments and Training Development (https://www.
