Residential Roofing Project Manager

* *Pay: *Day Rate of $200 * *Perks: *Health Insurance (available after demonstrating consistent success and transitioning to a salary-based position) *Work Schedule:* * Arrival at the job site is typically required before the crew arrives, usually around 6:30 AM.
* Departure from the job site usually occurs after the crew has finished work, around 7 PM.
*Responsibilities:* _Quality Control:_ * Ensure that the job site remains clean and that construction crews adhere to correct construction methods and safety protocols while safeguarding the client's property.
_Experience:_ * Prior experience as an outside project manager for residential shingle roofing is preferred but not required _Repair Expertise:_ * Proficiency in independently diagnosing and repairing roofing issues without the need for a crew.
Immediate, on-the-spot problem-solving is a key aspect of this role.
_Additional Responsibilities:_ * Serve as the go-to point of contact for callbacks or repairs outside of regular working hours.
* Compensation is provided for work conducted outside of standard business hours.
* Be available to address and correct issues at any time, whether it's 10 PM on a weeknight or 8 AM on a Sunday morning.
