Maintenance Supervisor

The Arts Apartments at Broussard Crossing in Lafayette, LA is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to lead our crew.
The ideal candidate will expected to be a hands-on working supervisor!!! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Effectively lead/manage maintenance team Ensure all vacant apartments are prepared to a market ready condition Performs various community maintenance functions Assist with property rehab/renovation projections Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner Reports any maintenance concerns to the Property Manager REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of maintenance experience HVAC certification Able to assist w/ on-call responsibilities
