Job Summary:

Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and drive business growth
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic math calculations for retail transactions
- Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing and profitability
- Ability to conduct interviews, recruit, and train new employees
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to make effective decisions
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
