What We Require:

BS in Construction Management/Civil Engineering or at least 4 years of Project Management experience in heavy highway construction.
Proficient construction knowledge, which includes, but is not limited to:
DOTD and OSHA rules and regulations.
Constructability; Heavy highway construction practices, procedures, and execution.
ViewPoint, Primavera P6, and HeavyJob software experience a plus, but not required.
Submittal, change orders, cost/revenue projections, project billings, closeout processes, cost codes, etc.
Traffic Control regulations, signage, and devices.
Planning and leading operations of various construction activities
Ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors in accordance with plans, specifications, and subcontract agreements.
Conduct project cost to complete projections.
Responsible for weekly job site meetings and project schedule, including a 3-week look-ahead with the superintendent ensuring project milestones can be met.
Conduct internal pre-construction meetings, owner preconstruction meetings, biweekly or monthly owner-contractor meetings, closeout meetings, and lessons learned meetings.
Maintain a valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
