Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for maintaining office procedures and reporting
Ensures daily flow of information into and out of the office is timely, accurate and consistent
Merchandising stock in and around all register areas and front entrance
Proper promotion of merchandise and the maintenance of marketing material visibility
Pulling registers and assisting cashier with register countdown
Ensure that every customer receives outstanding service by all associates working on the front end including greeting and acknowledging every customer, being knowledgeable of the product in the store, and being efficient on the register
Resolve customer service issues including answering questions, assisting to complete transactions, and communicating customer requests to Store Manager when necessary
Communicate all promotions and advertisements to the front-end team so they can answer customer questions and/or assist with selling items
Coordinate a daily break schedule
Assist with coaching, training, developing, evaluating, and supervising front-end associates
Requirements:
Assist with unloading trucks and recovering the store
Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned
Ability to operate store equipment (including but not limited to telephone, copiers, fax machines, computers, forklifts, etc.
)
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to bend and twist frequently
Ability to squat, kneel, balance, and climb ladders occasionally
Ability to see, hear, and speak regularly
Minimum of one-year supervisory experience
High School diploma or equivalent required
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be willing to work irregular or non-core business hours, nights, weekends as needed to have store coverage
