Local company is seeking high energy, experienced Accounting specialist.
This position encompasses all aspects of bookkeeping utilizing QuickBooks and experience with Excel.
This position will report to Management and will have the opportunity for growth and experience.
A successful applicant will be resourceful, a quick learner, highly skilled in data entry, and detail oriented.

We are looking for a talented, hard-working accounting associate to be part of the direction, control, and growth of our accounting department.
*Oversight or direct involvement of:*
* maintain and manage inventory and reporting, assemblies, bill of materials,
* purchase orders, sales orders, and manufacturing
* maintain job cost and repot P/L
* reconciling bank and investment statements as well as preparing financial statements,
* As needed: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, taxes (income and sales/use tax), central purchasing
* budget development & monitoring
* compile information for audits
*Qualifications:*
* Strong knowledge of GAAP, AR/AP
* Exceptional math and organizational skills.
* Proficient in Word, Excel and QuickBooks.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast pace environment.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Training provided as needed outside of existing requirements.
