Our work environment includes: * Flexible schedule * Private office setting Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization - Prepare and record journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting - Process accounts payable and manage vendor relationships - Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements Skills: - Strong background in public accounting or related field - Proficiency in journal entries and general accounting principles - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficient in 10-key typing for data entry accuracy - Familiarity with accounting software such as Quickbooks - Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliations Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
