*QUALIFICATIONS*

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
· Knowledge of:
Accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and business intelligence skills.
· Willingness to share own knowledge & cross-train as necessary, is an important quality for prospective candidate.
· Strong working knowledge of accounting software (Sage and/or Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central is a huge plus).
· Strong knowledge of Excel
· Ability to work effectively in a team and interact with internal & external clientele/vendors/etc.
· Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
· Ability to recognize and implement process improvement where needed.
· Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
· Excellent Excel skills.
