- Food and Beverage Experience would be preferred, but not required

- Operational territories include in Oklahoma, Texas and Florida
- Employee expected to work from Lafayette, LA
*\*\*\* Duties \*\*\**
- Process and manage payroll for employees using ADP RUN
- Handle all new Employee onboarding and integration into systems (ADP, Revel Point of Sale System, Homebase / 7Shifts scheduling apps, and any other apps needed from time to time)
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and overtime
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees
- Maintain payroll records
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors
- Generate payroll reports for management review
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, such as W-2 preparation and reporting
*\*\*\* Requirements \*\*\**
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in using payroll software such as ADP and Quickbooks
- Understanding of payroll principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with journal entries, accounts payable, and general accounting principles
